Any help welcome!!
Hello everyone.. I want to have some advice on what I suffering.I have terrible headache mostly everyday, I feel stressed over every little thing and now I also feel depressed...I told my friend about it and she told me that I may be suffering from depression and anxiety because I recently came out from a relationship which really affected me and still affects me.My friend told me that I could take either "clorazepam" or "clorazepate" which are anti-anxiety medication.I tried to search for it online but I got a controlled substance list instead...I want to know why this is so???

NO MEDICATION !!!!
Don't run into them just now. Try to get busy .. go out a lot with friends, meet new people, do some sports ... try not to be alone too much time and no, don't use medication. You can try and visit a counselor, but don't let anyone put you to drugs, because such medication is a drug. If the headaches are too big try to use a normal painkiller, only when it's unbearable, see a doctor maybe ... to find out if you don't suffer from something else .. but again ..don't use medication
I really hope you'll feel better. Hang on .. you'll make it

I would tell you to fill your life with many nice things. Visit your friend, see a good movie, a concert. Try to work well and also find time for yourself. And surround yourself with nice people who make you happy. That's very important

well strapless i would definatly see a doc, i had an injury about 4 years ago, and i fell horribly depressed due to the constant pain, i went to see my doc and he sent me to a neurologist and he did a few test but more mportantly he prescribed an anti depressent, and im glad that it was done, i was able to focas on the important things like my kids and my hubby than on my depression. im an big addvicate for meds as long as you have a doc and you understand why you have the depression, i hope this give you a different insight, on the situation, i do like what ramona says surrond yourself with things that are wonderful and happy do something fun that youd never do, plant roses..its a wonderful therapy, good luck and keep us posted.
