I have recently been inspired to do dance as a new type of exercise by this.. http://video.msg.com/Home/nwJKOOQ6de5nRk...TE0SJgirW1
They really look like they are having fun and yeah maybe I wont look like them but i hear dance is a great exercise to work out.. more info on the dancing girls .. http://blogs.msg.com/themonitor/2009/06/...o-gallery/
Anyone have any good dance workout tips for me?
Dance is fun for exercise.. I would suggest you try zumba if you don't have a background in dance. Its a lot of fun.. But what those girls are doing looks pretty hard I'm sure they have a background in dance. But even the Choreographer says is hard.. did you see this video, looks rough http://blogs.msg.com/themonitor/2009/07/...ons-video/
All looks like fun I used to do dance aerobic but since tratment for a thyroid condition I have developed a kind of rheumatisim (sp) and dance one day means crippeling pain the next..
I must say I miss it
I appreciate the information you have laid out here. Thanks for forwarding this useful information. It was wonderful of you.Good luck!that's good to know!Thanks.....

wow that looks pretty amazing! Dance really is the best work out. I've recently joined classes which combine elements of dance with resistance training and the results are great! ( http://www.the-barre.com/ )
Wow, Haven't danced in years but now i feel pumped to, thanks for sharing that!
I've always known that dancing is a combination of weight loss, keeping fit and joy.Besides I heard somewhere that it even helps to become more extrovert and open minded
