Has anyone used Beachbody??? I am going to be getting their Slim In 6 dvd's soon and I am wondering if anyone has any opinions.

Only do it if you are balancing your nutrition with exercise, and that you don't depend entirely on the program. If I remember correctly, it's an exercise program, right? Well, be sure to exercise on your own as well. Use it as a step stool to a better workout ethic, if anything.

I dont use programs or diets... i exercise myself whenever i feel like it...

When DO you feel like it ? I don't think i can stay on an exercise schedule... I try to ride the indoor bike i have, but i don't always feel like it...

i have used that program and it worked very well, like any program you just need to stick with it
