Since I am about to have a complex orthodontic treatment I thought I'd ask you all if you had to wear braces. What kind were they? Metal? Ceramics? In the back of the teeth? Invisible?

I didn't have braces when I was growing up although the dentist did ask me if I wanted them when I was 16 years old. All I can think now is what a stupid question to ask a teenager ~~ Hello!! Of course they will say NO to braces!! I now wish that I did have them back then but that doesn't mean if the opportunity came up again to have them that I would take it.

I had braces when i was little. I only wore them at night. They were really ugly! I didn't like them at all... but now i'm glad i wore them... If i wouldn't have wore them, my teeth wouldn't be straight now...
