Thanks everyone.
Point is, with a baby at hand, i hardly get time for myself. my world revolves around her. feeding, bathing, boiling bottles, making baby food, laundry, putting her to sleep (most difficult task of all). after a tiring day doing all this, i want someone i can look up to. but DH hardly has time for me. he just LOOOOOOOOOVES his work. hes a computer guy, so u can very well imagine...hes on PC most of the time, or playing with daughter. i dont exist at all it seems!!
so my final refuge is internet.
And here i m...

Yeah perhaps you need to tell your hubby how you feel. Could you dump the kid(s) at the grandparents for a weekend and treat yourself to a holiday together, to remind yourselves why you're in this marriage?

Sabriel is right. You have to talk to your DH and tell him what you think of this situation. Maybe he doesn't realize that he doesn't spend enough time with you...

He knows everything. i've told him plenty of time. but he has his own reasons. he gets irked at me for lil things, coz he wants me to be perfect, so that our daughter gets the best upbringing. thats his only motto in life now. phew! its a long story that goes round a vicious circle. m just trying to be patient. coz i definitely wanna keep this marriage no matter what. hes the only guy i ever loved all my life. first love. Awwww it was soooo lovely once upon a time  where ahve those days disappeared    !!
Do good. And then do it again!

Yeah i know how you feel. My relationship has changed a lot too. It's not how it used to be. But we noticed that and, one day, we had a loooooong talk about this. I discovered that we both wanted to be like before and now we are trying to make it like that. It's still not like at the beginning, but we know it can never be. People change and that's life. We have to deal with it and try to live our lives at their best.

Dextress to our group. Don't worry that all the girls are teens. I'm the mom maybe grandma of the group.
I think we are a multi generational group of women here. I have been married and now divorced. I have 2 kids who are 20 something. A boy and a girl.

You are totally not our grandmother Gabi If it weren't for your age on your status, I'd have no idea that you were any older than me and LaLa. I dunno how it feels to everyone else, but age really doesn't seem to matter here - it's nice.
No relationship can ever be like the 'honeymoon' period but as LaLa said, I think that if you talk to your partner and he feels the same way, you can try and make it a little like how it was before. try and think what made it so special, was it something you can replicate (like surprise flowers) or something you have to accept has changed for good (like the fact you were both finding out new things about each other)

Age doesn't matter at all here. What matters is that we are all very smart women and we help each other as much as we can
Thanks girls, for being such good friends
