Did you donate blood? Would you do this?

I would do this cause we always need blood for people but they won't let me cause I don't weigh enough.

I didn't... but i think i would .. i'm not afraid of needles and if anyone can get help with my blood, i'm happy to offer it :mrgreen:

i didnt donate blood either but i definattely would! i get sick from needles if i know i can save a life... i would take my chances....

i am dead scared of needles. the first time i went for blood check, i cried after they collected my blood. it was out of fright that i cried! I dnt think i can give blood, my blood level is always on the low side... but if needs be, i will surely attempt to overcome my fears!

If I had to I would, but everytime I get my blood taken I pass out. I'm extremely petrified of needles... Yuck.

you and i are kind of the same... except i dont faint... i just get really sick...

I've thought about it but always assumed that they would knock me back due to the medications I take.

I don't like needles either but have given lots of blood. The feeling is awesome

I have and would do so again. When I was 16 I had a couple of blood transfusions and I felt it was my responsibility to give back. They like to call me every so often for donations. Apparently they like to have lots of O positive around.
