I don't count calories but I watch what I eat. I don't think I could cope with having to count everything I ate

no i don't but I became conscious about it because of the sign on the road that says 10 calories were burned when i reached that place.

it was kinda scary because i'm already thin and i had to walk that long everyday, i'm thinking about the calories that i burn everytime i had to walk to go to my office  smilie Sad

my room mate and friend is very fat and needs to lose weight to avoid health complications but i don't know... i dont' count calories but make her eat baked instead of fried... and then she just found that xenical pills can really help her in losing weight.. can you imagine? she's 289 lbs for a 25year old girl? she could be so attractive if she were not so shy and ashamed of her weight...

RE: Do you count the calories

I have been on the Alli plan for about three weeks now and I've lost about 11 pounds. I will say that I don't stick to the plan as I should. I am only sticking to it about half the time.

RE: Do you count the calories

My boyfriend recently decided to do something about his weight as he was kinda overweight (13st) and he's lost a stone in 5 weeks with weight watchers. He works out the points in everything he eats and sticks to it rigidly. I'm so proud of him. I didn't think doing that sort of thing worked until I saw the results for myself!

RE: Do you count the calories

It's just great Smile

Please congratulate him for such a good effort.

it's very important that he keeps on a well balanced diet and lifestyle since many of these diets have to be taken seriously for the rest of the life. Of course he won't have to starve all these years, but it's important to have a well balanced and healthy nutritions (nothing in excess, but also enough for the body to function properly) and also excercise is an excellent help.

We keep our fingers crossed Wink
