I used to experience this a long time ago before getting on the pill. I had some serious pains and I was very grumpy. Sometimes I am a bit "mean" and I realise that it's a sign something approaches

But the flow and the pains are not a problem anymore. That would be a good thing about the pill Big Grin

So far I haven't noticed any. I didn't gain any weight (though few kilos would not be that bad Smile), I had my breasts grow a bit (but it was a good thing since they were very small), and some nausea, but nothing too serious. I would get a small "sick" feeling and in few minutes it would be gone. I can't recall any side effects that would bother me.

On the second hand it was good since: my PMS symptoms are gone, I have very light periods, at very well known time (I can even say the hour it starts Big Grin), got away from some acneea too ... only good things Big Grin

I get ovulation pains, PMS, heavy flow, cramps, the lot! I'm not on any contraception, but I know I really should be with 6 kid to date LOL I'm not really regular either, so when I start feeling nauseus, and and crampy, I know within a few days I will be due. PMS.. well I get grumpy cause the pains annoying and I feel like a leaky tap (hmm, maybe TMI there)

i experienced pms syndrome about a year ago for the first time...i hate it! i'm not grumpy, but my back hurts and my tummy too. my tummy hurts a lot. i don't take anything, i just wait for the pain to go away...and it does eventually... Smile if the pain is to big, i just contract my belly muscles and i feel a little better.
