I get groggy to after too much sleep! but it passes quickly...

My whole day is out of sorts if I get too much sleep.

sleep is so important. i need at least 8 hours

i can go for 8 hours that is quite ok ... i could go for 7 hours, too ... but after 3-4 days , i need to "recover"

I would love to really get 8 hours sleep. Seven is about the most I get before I wake up.

i need roughly 8 hrs sleep but right now i'm not getting it. my 5month ol is the only one out of the antenatal group i went to that isnt sleeping through the night yet. last night i was up twice with her. not alot of fun but she's a good alarm clock for her dad. 7am every morning on the dot she starts talking away. if he forgets to set his alarm its not a big deal. she'll get him up one way or another (depending on how hungry she is)

Oh i just slept 20 hours... that probably means i didnt get enough sleep lately... 8)

I used to be able to do that when I was your age LaLa. I couldn't now

well... its not quite good for health to do that... but i dont regret not sleeping cause i know i had fun... :mrgreen:

no i dont get enough sleep at all, the only quiet time that i get is at night so i like to stay up and spend it with my bf, he works all day so if i didnt stay up i would only see him at weekends and thats not enough for me,then i wake up 6 in the morning most times so i probaly get 5 hours sleep everynight :roll:
