I have a question for you: did you smoke while you were pregnant? Cause, if you didn't, that would have been the best opportunity for you to quit.

I quit when I was pregnant, and started back again after my daughter was two. Stupid thing to do, being smoke free for almost three years, then starting it up again.

Well, that was a mistake indeed... but you can still quit if you want too... just like you did when you were pregnant...

No, I hate it and I also hate smokers.

I do smoke and did when pregnant with all four children.
They and I are all healthy and happy.

You shouldn't smoke if you do Tae Kwon Do. Also i know you shouldn't smoke when you're pregnant. That will be the moment i will quit

well, you are right. each with his own choices. I have a friend who has a black belt (i think this is how they are called, right?) in Tae Kwon Do and he smokes too. I went to a couple of classes too, but i just watched LOL. My bf and a freind of mine went to classes, but they had to quit because of their work scadual. It's such a pity, they really loved it
