yep i smoke... but i think this will pass when i grow up a little bit... although i smoke for 4 years now

Never smoked. My husband does though but only outside.

i just want to share to you guys that i havent smoked for months now..im not exactly sure but i guess for about 3 or 4 months....im glad i managed to quit..its really hard...i swear but thanks to my gf for helping me overcome the temptations and leading me to a healtier way to make me forget smoking.
its not yet too late to quit....im glad i have learnd to love myself(my body and health).
ive started smoking since 1998....thanks god smoking is just my past.

Congratzzz!!! Caffeine_kittie . That is wonderful. You are doing your body a great favor by not smoking.

caffeine_kittie how did you manage to quit? me and my bf have been trying to quit smoking for a long time but just can't...

i tried to make you quit , but you wouldn't listen to me :evil:
all i did was stop. I refuse to light any more ciggs!
But maybe Caff-kittie has a better method

I don't smoke anymore, but I did for many years. Giving up was the best thing I ever did. I know everyone who gives up smoking says that, but I can tell you honestly, I feel so much better. My skin is better, I don't get puffed out when I do simple things like walk up stairs and best of all, my clothes and hair don't stink anymore. Food tastes so better too. My husband gave up smoking 5 years before I did and I used to get offended when he said I smelled like an ashtray. He did'nt even like to kiss me if I had had a cigarette. :cry:

So you smokers out there, don't give up if your trying to quit. It is hard, but its worth it. And look at all the money you save.

you're right.... no smell, more money!
