exercise videos
I have to admit that I have never been a fitness buff before. I've never even tried dieting or any kind of exercise. But well...time does take it's toll so I really have to start right now. Problem is, I have no time to go to the gym. I'd like to try doing it at home, though. Any advice where to get good quality exercise videos for beginners like me?

RE: exercise videos
First of all, you have to create an exercise schedule so that you can make it a part of your daily routine. It really depends on how frequently you want to do your workout routines. You gotta have the discipline to follow through with your plans to achieve your goal.
I find videos from Workouts on Demand suitable for me. You can check it out http:\\www.workoutsondemand.com and see if that works for you as well. And remember if you’re a beginner don’t over exert yourself to prevent injuries. Let your breathing be your guide. If you’re out of breath, you’re over doing it. Results may take a while, but you’re working out not having surgery, okay? |

RE: exercise videos
I think it's better for you to go the gym and get a personal trainer who can see your problems and give you a real advice.

RE: exercise videos
Well as for me I prefer to go to the gym. Only that way I can work out!
I tried to do exercises at home, but I was too lazy to do them regularly. I think you should try to work out at home at first. I don't know good quality exercise videos for beginners. Maybe you should go to a video stor and choose the one you'll like. Lady working in mobile development company is still lady! Replacement ThinkPad batteries - highly recommended! |
