Our household has a ps2, a wii, N64, gamecube and various handheld devices and I love playing on them all! It's certainly improved my hand-eye co-ordination and the look on my ex's face when I thrashed him at a racing game for the first time was absolutely priceless. It also makes a nice talking point and it's so much fun to put down sales assistants in shops who assume you know nothing about them.

I would definitely recommend trying one. Does anyone else have one, if so what sort of games do you like best? If not is it because you don't want one or just because you don't have one?

i have a ps2 but i dont play it much, its my bfs when hes playing it i could be doing cartwheels around the room and he wouldnt notice!

Can I suggest that you have a go at a game he's got - a 2 player one mind, a racing game would be easiest and then you could practise and challenge him to a game one day and totally blow his mind! You could even make a bet

we have a PS2 and a nintendo plus a few gameboys and other small handheld games. The kids prefer the ps2 so do I
there's a few games I like playing SSX3 which is snowboarding, an old PS1 game called speed freaks which is go kart racing and occassionally I'll play Jak & Daxter.

multiplayer games are good.. keeps the boys busy and they wont fight over who has the PS .. plau I can join in too

I have an X Box 360 and I'm obsessed! I broke down and bought Gears of War for it and my boyfriend has recently taken it over. :roll:
