I did have some instances, but nothing that serious. Anyway .. if this is a situation that's been occuring that frequently lately, you should really consider seeing a doctor. maybe you're too tired, maybe you have eyesight problems .. just see what's going on Smile

Hope you'll feel better

Nikita hon I agree with Ramona, you should see your doctor if you're getting headaches a lot or even getting your eyes checked.
I know with my oldest, he was getting headaches so I had his eyes checked and he needed glasses. That might not be the case for you but it is worth getting checked Smile

I hope you feel better soon

I havent lost my mind ... its backed up on disc .. somewhere

My bf had this headache problem too... and he realised it's because he didn't eat well and was staying a lot in poluted air (cigarette smoke)

The best way is to take medication for these type of migraine and headache. I heard about cafergot. It prevents from accute migraines. It is preferable to use it at the first sign of a migraine attack and then rest for at least for a couple of hours and then your migraine will vanish.

i used to get them as a teen the doc told me 3 things to help get rid of them and make you feel better.

1) Sex
2) Vodka
3) Coffee

i would add 100% fruit juice to that list i found drinking a big glass of apple juice helps me

It's a well known fact that a bit of alcohol can make you more relaxed and maybe get rid of the headache. if you pass that "safety" amount of vodka, then you're gonna have some major "second day" headaches Big Grin

The majority of my headaches arise because I'm dehydrated, or the atmosphere's too close. Or because I'm tired. So I usually force down a pint or two of water, chill out for an evening with a bubble bath and chocolate, and see how it goes from there. If it's bothering you try the docs because the worst they can say is that they can't do anything!
