google meditations for women and take a look it has helped me so much. Today was about how to learn from or mistakes and to look at learning like children do when they just try again.

well... my bf and a friend are training for taekwando (ope i spelled it right) and i do a little exercise with them... but not much... the thing is they make me more ambitios when i see them...

Tae Kwon Do .. a Korean Martial Art. Mostly kicking (some punching too) .. they are known for the awesome leg techniques they use. Very good style (not the Olympics mambo Jambo though). There are 2 main "sub styles" a more traditional way and that Olympics TKD which kinda diluted most of the efficiency. Anyway .. good choice for a pastime.

To be back on topic ..

Yesterday I went to my Karate class. I am sore now, but I feel good about working out a bit Wink

Haven't danced for a couple of days. Tried something here called a ladies gym. I didn't really like it. boring
