uhm... i drink a lot of hot tea... eat lemons... stay in a warm place..don't go out ..and for the cough i drink onion tea Big Grin
you boil water and put a sliced onion in it, and honey..it's not very tasty, but is really good for fighting teh cough
oh..and jenupar is very helpfull too. It looks like some black grains,and you have to chew it, or make tea with it.
