What are your remedies for a flu/cold?

uhm.... i drink lots of tea, as hot as possible. Also, i try to eat lots of fruits and i make some onion tea... just like regular tea , only...with onion and honey tastes awfull, but it's good for caughing.
I truy not to take medicine i hate medicine :evil:

i heard a cup of icecream a day cures the cold.......

but i never tried it...

hmm.. usually id have hot tea-bergamot flavour and i'll add lots of honey in it and some lemon slices.. then after drinking, i'll eat up the lemon! good vit c... and rest a lot... lemon tea is a good vit c booster-you can drink it even if you dnt have a cold!it'll prevent you from having one!

i too drank tea with lemon yesterday and ate the lemon.... mmmm... i like lemon :mrgren:

I usually sit round blow my nose alot and relax and pump myself full of medicines to take the edge off.

oh i just love lemon tea! and its a really great treatment too!
