while taging martial arts classe, i used to do 30-35....but now i can only do ..almost 5.....and very very hard! i had to train for my final exam at highschool, and i had to do 10...but it's sooo hard for me now! i miss having muscles... :cry:

i dont think i can do push ups at all.... didnt try it in a while but i know i couldn't

i can do about 10 before i fall flat on my face. When i played hockey i could do about 30.
