Definitely don't give up! I have had weight issues most of my adult life and it does take time to see results. Just have faith that it will pay off. You may have hit a plateau and that's why you haven't seen results. If that's the case, if you keep at it w/the exercise and change your diet a bit, you'll overcome the plateau.

My friend just had the same and she's now lost 3 more lbs. I had it, and increased my fiber and I've lost 7 lbs. You can do it too!

I had a baby on April 8th just past. Im also trying to lose the baby weight. I put on a whopping 21kg during my pregnancy and now Im trying hard to lose the weight. Hunter wakes up at about 5am and doesnt want to go bavk to slepp either so I pop him in a baby carrier and we go for a walk around the neighborhood....I only have 5kg to go ( 10lbs?) But I have lots of loose skin on my belly and Im finding that dealing with a new body shape is way harder than being a bit on the chubby side. Im wondering if it will all go back like all my friends have insisted...I think maybe thay are jsut being kind.
