i use pads my flow is so heavy i wear 2 to make on long pad. yucky i know but i don't think i could use a tampon.

sorry i'm not on as much, too much work not enough play.

well... yes indeed it is a totaly different story, but most of us still have a lot of time till that moment... personaly i cant wait for menopause... especially during "that time of the month" LOL

I was in my very late forties. It really wasn't so bad I stayed very active and watched my diet and I took a few herbal supplements for a night sweats
