Well, we cannot skip this issue since we face it once a month

So .. what's your choice? Internal tampons? Pads? both?

both, mostly pads tho... yuk, hate them both though, but what can ya do, its a part of being female :?

i have tried tampon once..but removed it soon coz im not comfortable with it.

Haven't used pads in some time. An internal tampon (big enough) and a small all-days pad.

Plug, (tampon), by all means. I have however, reached the age of menopause and no longer need them on a predictable monthly basis. The last dry spell went a whole 270 days. I really am way older than everyone else huh?

external .. i don't feel comfortable with internal ones...yuck!

Blah! I hate tampons! No matter what size I use I leak and I don't really like to put them up myself hehe! I prefer pads, wish I didn't have periods at all actually. Oh well!

Give me pads anytime....I hate those internal stuffs. Scares me! PLus they leave you exposed to risks of infections. I once read an article about tampons and it put me off trying those things. You better be careful if you use them. I'll try to see if I can find that article and share it here.
