I am an enlightened being in my nature. This has not come about through practises, or influences from the surrounding external physical world. This is something, that is in me and I know. I have a great peace for myself, and everything and everyone on earth. The connection is very much present, and true to my core.

This is an area of my life that I work on also. I am always searching as to how I fit into the bigger picture of the world. My new growth has come from my dance and movement in general.

Enlightenment is a deep question.
I think about The LIfe and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East and to that degree I would have to say no.
From the point of growth and understanding myself then yes.
I am Enlightened. I am still growing, still gaining understanding.

you are a wise woman

My Tae Kwon Do master is Korean and in his culture women our age are honored and treated with respect. I think we do have a lot to offer as we have already walked many of the paths the younger women now find themselves on.
My oldest daughter, 33, has finally realized that Mama does know somethings just because of experience.
We are all wise women, no matter the age. The more we share, the wiser we all become.
