Post workout drink

Does anyone have a tasty post workout drink recipe that is both nutritious and easy to make?

I just drink a lot of plain water. We do have some Gatorade now in Romania, but I don't drink it. i would rather have some juice made from some fresh fruits instead

i made once a nice drink.
i sliced every fruit i had in the house and put it in 1 litre of milk...and i shook it really hard and then put it in the fridge.
It's really good and refreshing. and it has a lot of vitamins. you can add honey if you like. really yummy...
