Now I admit, this is not my own recipe, but I use it every thursday! It is deliscious!
Casserole Meatballs
2 peeled and sliced carrots
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp chopped sage
1 egg
1 chopped (optional) green pepper
500g minced pork
2 Tbsp oil
1 peeled and chopped onion
2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to season
1/4 cup short grain rice
1 cup water
420g can Condensed Tomato Soup
Method
1. In a bowl mix together the mince, rice, herbs, paprika and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Roll into 16 even sized balls.
2. Heat the oil in a large flame-proof casserole dish and quickly brown the meatballs evenly.
3. Add the onion, carrots, peppers, Condensed Tomato Soup (Salt Reduced) and water to the casserole and stir to mix.
4. Cover and simmer on top of the stove for 40-45 minutes until the meatballs are tender and the rice is cooked.

i "invented" a yumy recipe myself
here goes:
you need : a cup of rice, a potato, a hand of noodles , salt , some oil .
- you clean the potato, and cut it and put it in a pot, with the oil, just like you do with the fried potatoes (only this time you only have one )
- you let it fry a little, then you put in the noodles (be carefull not lo let them fry...)
- after a few seconds...say..half a minute , you put in the rice and 2 cups of water and salt
- you let them boil, until the water boils away
that's it!
Bon Apetite!

I found an already existing recipe topic. This is not low carb or low fat and since I got it from Food Network probably not secret but I love it. Small pieces are best because it is very rich!
Gooey Toffee Butter Cake
Cake:
1 (18.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 large egg
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 (16-ounce) box confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup almond toffee bits or chocolate toffee bits
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13 by 9 by-2-inch baking pan.
For the cake: In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the cake mix, egg, and butter and mix well. Pat into the bottom of prepared pan and set aside.
For the filling: Still using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Dump in confectioners' sugar and beat well. Reduce the speed and slowly pour in butter. Mix well. Fold in toffee bits.
Pour filling onto cake mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle the top with the rest of the toffee bits from the package. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Don't be afraid to make a judgment call on the cooking time, because oven temperatures can vary. You want the center to be a little gooey, so don't bake it past that point!
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Cut into squares. Just remember that these wonderful cakes are very, very rich, and a little will go a long way.

A quick treat for the microwave, oven or barbeque is to cut open a banana (leaving the skin on) and insert chocolate buttons or something similar in the crack that's created. Then wrap it in silver foil and cook it until the chocolate's melted. They take about 20 mins - half an hour on your average bbq but I'm not so sure about microwave/oven sorry! A healthy(ish) and very yummy treat!

potato balls
you need:
-> 2-3 potatoes
-> an egg
-> some flour
-> salt
you clean the potatoes and rub them out,then mix them with the egg , salt and flour (as much as you think it's necessary) and then you make small balls out of the mixture and fry them in oil
this is my result  :
Enjoy
I tried these. They turned out very well!
