Time in the Kitchen

So i got the chance to finally to actually make my very own made jam a few weeks back, and i was surprised on how easy it was, all i needed was sugar, Sure Jell pectin, and the fruit of my choice. Plus i got to spend some time with the family while we made it Big Grin

Has anyone else ever made their own before??

We make it in Romania. We don't use ANY jell. We just boil the fruits for 5-6 hours I think. It's natural and very very tasty Wink
