It definately works, but it's SO hard to stick to.. I can't even tell you. After my 3rd or 4th day I started to feel really tired and weak because the soup is pretty much robbing you of your nutrients. But like I said it should only be done for a "quick fix" like I did it. I want to do it again, but eating cabbage is hard for me now. Smile

They seem to just put on trunks and go. We have so many more options. I am going to look for a new bathing suit this week when a gf and I go shopping
