What type of exercise do you prefer?
What type of exercise do you prefer? I've recently discovered that I love taking aerobics classes, but I also like running on the treadmill...

What about you?

Pilates is sort of like Yoga..it helps build strength and flexibility. You do like a repitition of very controlled movements.

About a year ago I decided I would take the stairs instead of elevators every time. It's really just a tiny little difference in my life, but I feel so much better because of it.

It's a small step, but an important one. And as an old motto said (and we use this in Karate to give motivation: "Every journey starts with the first step").

Good idea. Keep it up. Little by little you'll add more and you'll start feeling better. When I was training in Karate I felt awesome. I was very fit and healthy.
