whatching weight

In March I tore my MCL (right knee), and I've been off for three months. I'm trying to find a way to kinda help keep the weight off. I watch what I eat, but working out isn't really an option - yet. Any ideas to what I can do?

Yeah, I think swimming might be a good option for such a case. Otherwise you'd put too much strain on the feet.

Obviously, swimming is a good option. Otherwise, you can start Yoga in your home with the help of Yoga video. Switch to a healthy diet.
