uhm..here in my country the minimun wage is 325 Pesos = US$ 6.5 almost...... the government must give them more than that.

im earning 430 Pesos / day, it depends on your job how much you earn, though.

Is that a day? Or?

In Romania we earn something like 150-200 USD a month. Very low indeed. This makes my entire web development work harder since I just cannot spend hundreds of dollars to kick start the projects ...

thats per day Ramona....same here...its really low. Thats why many Filipinos work abroad bcause they earn more outside this country....Too bad that skilled people are working for others rather than serving their own people/country....Nurses for instance....honestly, they can earn times 5 or times ten of what they can earn here.

Same with us. I would leave my country in an instant if I didn't have my family here. I would earn a lot of money doing what I am already doing here for a low wage. As soon as I will be able to leave I'll do so. My country does nothing to help me grow. And as long as the state is not capable to motivate the good working people, then I see no problem into leaving in another country that would respect my efforts more.

I used to earn around $3000 (USD) a month. ($5000 NZD/M) Farmers get paid quite a good wage over here.

ATM - I am earning zilch, nadda, nothing.

well. i'm in the same country as ramona...
the only way you can earn a decent salsry here is to start your own bussiness and it has to work very well, or you can die of hunger!
salaries are low, but rent and food are too expensive!
i'd leave this country, too, if i had the chance...

so sad i earn $6.5 per day, but its good to have a freelance job outside the country...
for my freelance i earn $420 per month equivalent to Php 21,000.00
my everyday job is not included.
but even if i count them together its still low,
my relatives are living new york city for 20 years now and they became rich there..
i hope i can migrate too....
