i love chinese food..we always laugh because being from south texas there are lots of mexicans, including myself eating in chinese restaurants.

sorry i'm not on as much, too much work not enough play.

is it true that all mexican food is realy spicy? i dont like spicy food... so i'm a little "afraid" to try it!

It is not true that all Mexican food is spicy. But it usually is loaded with fat that is for sure.

lol well it depends on the cook some people cook with lots of fat. when i cook i use stuff like pam the cooking spray. unless the recipe calls for oil, but i do love butter and no not all food is spicy i can't stand food that is very spicy either.

We lived in the southwest for a whaile and there was one restaurant we loved. The real stuff was made with lard YUCK anyway there was one dish that had 100 grams of fat.
