i usually use spray on my pans and try to use butter when i can.

sorry i'm not on as much, too much work not enough play.

I use spray alot also. It does cut calories and makes the pan easier to clean

Can you all imagine this group all together in one chinese restaurant. I think it would be so fun. I also think the owners might not want us back again.

LaLa the spry is Pam and it is called cooking spray. Do you not have that there?

I do think it would be one heck of a girls night out if we all did go to a restaurant. Even though it would be impossible it is fun to think about.
