Workout

Anyone got a really good workout that I might be able to use to keep fit over the winter? I only have a treadmill, one of those exercise balls, and I think we might have some bands, so please don't go too crazy on me. ;D Oh yeah, I have two dumbbells as well, and the arm part of a Blowflex (the leg extensions are in the States).

I especially want to focus on my abs and legs, and I'm not afraid of a challenge. Bring it on!

Any ideas?

Unfortunately I can only work out at home... I'm 17 and not able to get anywhere due to the driving license age being 18 in the Netherlands.

Well I had an aerobic jump rope before and I need to get another one. I read that jump roping works out your whole body at the same time.

I dance NIA, African and Belly. I know you can't get out easily so how about a tread mll, some sit ups, walking and when I was younger I ran. You can do that anywere.

Sometimes when I'm tired after work is when the exercise is the best. You have to find what you really enjoy doing and that can give you energy to want to do it.

the best way to work out is to get your heart pumping then work on your muscles ven just 5 mins running on the tredmil might do it depending on how fit you are. the do sit ups etc
