Many women are told by their husbands to stay at home and raise the kids. Some women have a strong career already and are not too keen on throwing away years of work.

well, i wouldn't ditch him, but i would explain him how important the career is for me (and for us,it's a source of income) and so i hope he'll understand that. My bf is very understanding

Agreed with the above. There is no way I would give up a fulfilling career. I would rather give up the man making ridiculous demands.

if it was a fulfilling a career tban no but if he was able enough to provide plenty for us without me working shoot yeah. sadly this doesn't apply to me as we both have to work for money to pay bills.
