I have to agree with bad girl about the typical male being quickly in and out. I laughed when I read this.

my ob/gyn had many assistants that knew about my condition and i was very comfortable with them. evey now and then they had interns and they'd ask if i didn't mind if the student sat in during my visit. of course i didn't mind bec ause i knew it was for a good cause.

Well I am changing GYNs so my appointment is next week and it's a male. I've always been to females so I definately feel weird about it, but I have a good friend that goes to him also and she loves him. So, I trust her. And it's not that bad because every time you have a male GYN a woman has to be in the room with you. Male doctors are just as good a females.. Sometimes better!

i have no problems with my ob/gyn even though he's male...glad i only have to worry aabout seeing him once a year though.
